Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are shown in cart and checkout.

Add your products to the cart and either use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” panel on the cart page (enter your state and zip code and click “Get a Quote”), or continue to the checkout.

How do you compute shipping charges?

We use UPS/FedEx negotiated rates that are stored in our system. Rates are based on shipping origin, destination, and weight. Parcels have a theoretical maximum weight of 150 lb and shipping will be calculated accordingly. In reality, however, boxes will often be packed to hold much less to ensure stability of the packing material and ease of use.

Can I pick up my order?

No. All parcels are sent from the printing facility directly to the customers.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 US mainland states and to Canada.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Pacific territories, etc.

In our associate stores (available through the dropdown in the top right) you can also ship to United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, and Austria.

Where do you ship from?

We distribute production to several printing facilities to achieve a high efficiency. Depending on the product, demand, and destination, the parcels are shipped from California (USA), Kentucky (USA), Montreal (Canada), or Germany. Delivery from Germany will not result in longer shipping time or any kind of higher costs like taxes or customs.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes, please choose "Your Billing Address" in Options/Return Address section during the product configuration.

Is a signature required to receive my parcel?

Yes, both UPS and FedEx require a signature upon receipt of the parcel. This is part of their warranty and confirmation that the parcel was handed to you in good condition, and to ensure it does not get damaged or stolen after drop off. This means that you should ship the parcels to an address where somebody you trust will sign for its receipt.

The parcel appears damaged, what should I do?

We package our products with inner and outer boxes, and often the interior is not or hardly affected by damage to the outer parcel. For that reason, we kindly ask to accept the parcel for inspection, and ask the carrier to mark the damage in the tracking which will help later on to handle the complaint procedure with the carrier. Please take photos of any damage and inform us right away. Please keep the packaging material until the issue is solved with the carrier.

What if I’m not at home to receive the parcel?

UPS/FedEx will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After that, they will hold the parcel for five business days for you to pick up. After that, the parcel will be sent back.

If you know in advance that you will not be able to receive the package we can reschedule the delivery date for you. Let us know if you want the parcel delivered on a specific day.

Can I ask the carrier to leave the parcel at my door without signature?

The carrier leaves a delivery attempt notice at your door if they were unable to deliver your parcel. You can ask for a drop off without signature, however, we recommend to avoid this option. A release delivery authorization will lift the carrier of their responsibility in case of damage.
